I am a student who is unable to locate my HESI Assessment results.

Please follow these steps:

1.    If you have not added HESI Assessment to your Evolve account please click here and select the Register button. Please use your existing Evolve username and password when prompted. Once you have registered, please log into Evolve and go to "Reach Testing & Remediation."

2.    If you do not see your exam listed, ensure your instructor returned the exam results to HESI Assessment.

3.    If you completed steps 1 and 2 and still do not see your exam listed, please locate the "Find Previous Exam Results" section and enter your school department ID and your student ID. To obtain this information refer to the email you received informing you that your exam results are available.
