If you try to open NurseSquared and the login screen where you enter your school code, User ID, and password never appears, it means the application had a problem loading. This can be fixed by following one of the two sets of directions below:
1. Press the Ctrl, Alt, & Delete keys on your keyboard at the same time and you should see a menu. In the menu, you should have the option for Task Manager. When you select this option, a new window named Windows Task Manager will appear. At the top of the window, select the Processes tab and then find NurseSquared.exe in the list. Click on NurseSquared.exe to select it and click on the End Process button in the bottom-right corner. You can now close the Windows Task Manager window by clicking on the red 'X' in the top-right corner. Now try opening NurseSquared once again.2. Restart your computer. Once your computer has restarted, try opening NurseSquared once again.
