If you cannot remember your User ID for NurseSquared, please contact your instructor. If you instructor does not have the ability to lookup your User ID, they will be able to contact one of the designated system setup users at your school. The system setup users will be able to look up your NurseSquared User ID and (if necessary) your password as well.
If your instructor is unable to assist you, please submit a support ticket as Evolve Support is also able to lookup your User ID and we will reset your password for you.
