Your students can enroll into your course by providing them with your course-id and sending them to http://evolve.elsevier.com/enroll.
If you prefer to submit the roster instead, below are instructions on how to submit a class roster using the roster wizard.
1. Login into your account at evolve.elsevier.com.
2. Below your My Content section, click Submit Class Roster.
3. Click I am an instructor.
4. Click Next.
5. Enter your username, password, and Evolve course-id into the fields provided.
6. At the bottom of the page select your preferred method of username and password distribution.
7. Click Next.
8. Enter your student's information into the text window in the following format: Last name, first name, e-mail address.
For Example:
Smith, John, johnsmith@email.com
Jones, Mary, maryjones@email.com
***Please enter one user's information per line. Use a comma to separate the last name, first name, and e-mail address.
9. Click Next at the bottom of the page to continue.
10. Choose each user's role.
11. Click Next.
12. Click Submit.
You will be notified via e-mail when your roster has been enrolled successfully into your course.
