Please follow these steps:
1. After entering the course. Navigate to where you wish to create the assessment.
2. Click Add Content.
3. From the list of options choose Assessment.
4. This will display the settings for the new assessment. Add a title to the test and make any other necessary settings changes, then click Save.
5. This will display the assessment editor, click Add Question.
6. Click Browse Question Bank.
7. This will display a directory of all available courses and assessments within each course. You can navigate through the folders by clicking on the + symbol next to the folder.
8. You can check the box next to each question you wish to add.
**If you want to add all questions, you can simply check the box at the top labeled "select all on this page."
9. When you have selected all of the questions you wish to add click Add Selected Questions at the bottom of the page.
